What we collect
Your name, email and/or phone, project type, timeline, description and any photos you attach. Nothing else — no analytics, no tracking.
Why
To prepare a quote and get back to you. The basis is steps taken before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), so we do not ask for consent and do not add you to a mailing list.
Who sees it
Only the workshop. The message passes through Cloudflare and lands in a Gmail inbox; both handle it purely to deliver it. We do not sell or pass your details to anyone else.
How long
An enquiry that does not lead to an order is deleted within 12 months. If it does, we keep the paperwork for as long as Bulgarian accounting and tax law requires.

Access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability — write to the address above. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
